WHY ARMLOCK?

Stabilize the putter against the forearm.

Armlock putting is designed to reduce unwanted wrist movement by bracing the shaft and grip against the forearm. The objective is a more repeatable shaft angle and a more consistent putting stroke from setup through impact.

Two Different Methods

On Lock uses a traditional armlock approach. Deadbolt uses Reverse Armlock Technology for golfers who prefer the dominant arm.

Choose the putting method first.

The On Lock and Deadbolt solve the same basic problem—creating a more stable putting stroke—but they do it with two different forearm relationships.

FINDING THE CORRECT LENGTH

Armlock length is personal.

The basic fitting method is simple: assume your normal putting posture with your current putter, then measure from the butt end of the putter to approximately two inches below the crease of your elbow.

Add that measurement to the length of your current putter. For example, a 34" putter plus a 6" forearm measurement suggests a starting armlock length of about 40".

The final length should suit the golfer's normal posture and allow the butt of the putter to rest roughly 1–3 inches below the elbow crease.
